Leighton Meester began her journey in the business at the age of a small girl. She took part in the stage production in her local town that starred in "Wizard of Oz" as a child. The show sparked her curiosity in acting. It was then that she started acting in commercials and modeling. As well as her work as a fashion model, she also posed for brands including 'Herbal Essences and Vera Wang', 'Jimmy Choo and Ralph Lauren'.
